Core + Strength Workshop

Join Emily Sturomski, hosted by The Motherhood Collective, for an hour and a half workshop where we will work on reconnecting mind, body and breath. After that we will work on moving through foundational strength moves and incorporate breath work during movement. For pregnancy or post-partum whether that is 3 months or 30 years.
