What's included in this small group training:
5 minutes of focused Pelvic floor/core activation and breath connection
Tailored exercises to the women in the group
Mixture of core, mobility, balance, strength training and cardio with cues specific to women
Who is this small group training for?
Any woman who is looking to gain awareness of breath/pelvic core connection and core control and stability with movement
New to fitness to the experienced fitness individual, this small group training is for everyone!
Post-partum moms (12 weeks, 12 months, or 12 years!).
This women's small group training is limited to 4 individuals per class time. You can choose 1x/week for $125 (6 classes) or 2x/week for $200 (12 classes). You can register online through your PTE account (directions here), by calling 608.351.3049, or emailing the firstname.lastname@example.org.
