Women's Small Group Training

Monday/Wednesdays, Tuesdays

January 3rd to February 9th

8:15 to 9:00 am

1x/week - $125

2x/week - $200

Join Emily for a 6 week progressive exercise class. The small class size is intended to be a safe space class for those women getting back into or being introduced to strength training. Or if you have been exercising for awhile, there are progressions that we can challenge you wherever you are at in your fitness journey. 

The beginning of each class will have a focus for the day including proper breath, pelvic floor contraction/connection, TA Activation, Glute Activation and how those all tie into movement. After that there will be some general mobility exercises before moving into a strength circuit.
