Don't want to purchase online? Don't worry, we can help you out! Send an email to office@mydynamicphysio.com with THANKSGIVING SAVINGS as the subject. Let us know if you would like to purchase 1 ($80), 2 ($160), or 3 ($240) of the gift cards and we can charge the card on file and send you a receipt! You will then have a gift card with a $100, $200, or $300 value on your account.
