Strength Classes

Dynamic Performance and Therapy's goal is to provide individuals of all ages and experiences with different strength-building opportunities to maximize performance.

Our classes are (usually) based on a 6-week progression at 1430 Main Street, Onalaska and our

1500 Green Bay St, La Crosse location. 

 

These classes focus on performing correct movements to reducing injury risk and improving performance.

2022 Group Strength Classes

Southside location: Mondays and Thursdays at 12 pm and 5 pm

Onalaska location: Mondays at 5 am, 12 pm, 5 pm and Wednesdays at 5 am and 12 pm

  • Jan 3-Feb 10 (6 weeks)

  • Feb 21-March 31 (6 weeks)

  • April 11- May 19 (6 weeks)

  • May 30- June 30 (5 weeks)

  • July 11- Aug 18 (6 weeks)

  • Sept 12- Oct 20 (6 weeks)

  • Oct 31- Dec 8 (6 weeks)

Sport Specific Training Classes: Times TBD

  • Biking: Feb 21-March 31 (6 weeks)

  • Cross Country/ Trail running: July 11- Aug 18 (6 weeks)

  • Cross Country Skiing: Oct 31- Dec 8 (6 weeks)
