Orthopedic Physical Therapy in La Crosse & Onalaska

Expert care for injuries, chronic pain, and surgical recovery — treating the root cause, not just the symptom.

Pain and limitations can affect everything. They change how you move, how you sleep, how you work — and over time, they can change what you believe you're capable of. At Dynamic Performance and Therapy, we think you deserve better than learning to live with them.

Our orthopedic physical therapy team includes board-certified specialists with advanced credentials in manual therapy, sports medicine, and neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation. We take the time to understand your full picture — your history, your goals, your lifestyle — and build a treatment plan that actually addresses what's driving your pain and limiting your movement.

Common Questions, Straight Answers

Do I need a referral for physical therapy in Wisconsin?

No. Wisconsin is a direct-access state — you can schedule physical therapy without a physician referral. Just call us or book online and we'll get you started.

How long does a course of physical therapy typically take?

Most conditions are addressed in 6–12 visits over 4–8 weeks, but your therapist will give you a realistic, personalized estimate at your evaluation.

What should I wear to my first PT appointment?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the area we'll be treating. For lower-body issues, athletic shorts are ideal. For shoulder or back concerns, a tank top or t-shirt works well.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans. Call us before your first visit and we'll verify your benefits so you know your costs upfront. Self-pay flat rates are also available.

What makes Dynamic PT different from other clinics?

You work one-on-one with your Physical Therapist at every visit — not a rotation of aides or assistants. We combine board-certified expertise with the latest manual therapy techniques and a genuine commitment to finding the real source of your pain.

Can PT help if I've already had surgery?

Absolutely — post-surgical rehab is one of the most important phases of recovery. We work closely with your surgeon's protocol and progress you safely back to full function.

Ready to get back to moving without pain?

Most patients notice meaningful improvement within their first few visits. Our team is ready to help you find the real source of your pain — and give you a plan to fix it.
